SURGICAL TREATMENT IN STAGE I-II OF VULVAR CANCER

In this article the authors presented some results of surgical treatment of vulvar cancer (stage I-II). There were compared two methods of surgery – separated and “butterfly” incisions. Also the authors analyzed two groups of patients with vulvar cancer. There were used retrospective methods. The authors analyzed perioperative and post operative periods after vulvoectomy regarding number of removed lymph nodes, long time of surgery, infectious complications, and hospitalization time.
