Institute of peer review (expert evaluation of manuscripts) in the scientific medical publication “Euroasian Health Journal"
 
All articles submitted to the editorial office of the Euroasian Health Journal are independently reviewed.
 
To check the article for originality, the editorial board can use the appropriate electronic resources.
The article is double-blindly reviewed by members of the editorial board and the editorial board of the journal or by external reviewers - experts of the relevant specialty in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic for scientific publications.
The average review period is 1 month.
 
The procedure for reviewing scientific articles:
1. Articles received by the editorial office of the journal “Euroasian Health Journal"are subject to mandatory review.
2. The correspondence of the article to the journal's profile and design requirements is determined, then the article is sent for reviewing. All reviewers must be recognized experts in the subject matter of the reviewed material.
3. The review of the article submitted to the editor should reflect the following questions:
• Compliance with the topic of the journal and the relevance of the topic;
• Analysis and validity of the problem statement;
• Availability of scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work;
• Evaluation of the main research results;
• Use of literary and other sources;
• Quality of work execution.
4. Reviews are certified in accordance with the procedure established by the institution where the reviewer works.
5. Reviewing is carried out confidentially. The author of the reviewed article is given the opportunity to read the text of the review. Violation of confidentiality is possible only if the reviewer claims that the materials presented in the article are unreliable or falsified.
6. If the review contains recommendations for correcting and revising the article, the technical edition sends the text of the review to the author with a proposal to take them into account when preparing a new version of the article or to refute them with arguments (partially or completely). The article, revised (improved) by the author, is re-sent for peer review.
7. An article not recommended by the reviewer for publication will not be accepted for reconsideration.
8. The presence of a positive review is not a sufficient reason for the publication of the article. The final decision on the expediency of publication is made by the editorial board of the journal.
9. With sufficient grounds, articles can be sent for additional or anonymous reviewing.
10. After the editorial board of the journal has made a decision on the admission of the article to publication, the staff of the journal inform the author about this and indicate the publication time.
11. At the request of the authors of manuscripts, the Editors provide the text of the review to the authors and expert councils in the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic.
12. Upon receipt of an appropriate request, the Editorial Board provides copies of the review to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
13. The originals of the reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for 5 years.
 
Reviewers treat the article as with confidential material, strictly observing the author's right to nondisclosure before publishing the information contained in the article. Additional experts can be engaged by the reviewer to work only with the permission of the editorial board and also on conditions of confidentiality.
 
Reviewers' comments are sent to the author without specifying the names of the reviewers. The decision to publish (or reject) an article is made by the editorial board after receiving reviews and answers from the author. The editorial board of the journal sends copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials.
