К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ЭТИОЛОГИИ СПОНТАННОГО ГЕМОТОРАКСА
Аннотация
Резюме. Спонтанный гемоторакс (СГ) является подкатегорией гемоторакса, который включает в себя накопление крови в плевральной полости без взаимосвязи с получением травмы или с другими причинами. Клиническая картина СГ включает в себя боли в груди и одышку, которые могут быть опасными для жизни, когда возникает гемодинамическая нестабильность и гиповолемический шок. По сравнению с другими формами гемоторакса описание СГ значительно реже встречается в научной литературе. Обзор литературы выполнен для идентифицирования и суммирования всех потенциальных причин этого клинического состояния.
