THE RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CICATRICIAL STRICTURES OF THE EXTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCTS

The purpose of the work - analysis of results of surgical treatment of cicatricial strictures of the bile ducts. Based on the analysis of surgical treatment of 23 patients with scar strictures of the bile ducts, it was shown that the main type of surgery is reconstructive surgery Roux. Postoperative complications occurred in 3 (13%) patients. Postoperative lethality accounted 4.3% (1 patient).
