Abstract

Summary: In 120 pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis, an assessment of the course of pregnancy and kidney function in the third trimester of pregnancy – the main group. Women of the main group more often showed somatic diseases, in the structure of gynecological diseases prevalent chronic diseases of the appendages. The course of pregnancy was more often complicated by miscarriage and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, premature birth, development of FPN of the fetus. When analyzing the functional state of the kidneys of the examined women, a significantly decreased GFR and clearance of creatinine
