Abstract

Results of the research have shown that some hospitals of Kyrgyz Republic are purchasing a big quantity of expensive medicines for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic obstructive bronchitis. It is known that the cost of branded drugs at times exceeds the cost of drugs by INN, while the quality is not always matching their price. Procurement of drugs under INN hospitals will not only enhance the overall list of procured drugs, but to buy drugs with a reserve to smooth pharmacotherapy.
