THE CHANGES OF CARDIOSPECIFIC MARKERS LEVELS DURING DIFFERENT ACCLIMATIZATION PERIODS IN CATECHOLAMINE MYOCARDIAL NECROSIS IN EXPERIMENT
Abstract
It is established that after catecholamine myocardial necrosis modeling in rabbits at highaltitudeareases the level of cardiospecific, markers: creatin phosphokinase -MB fraction, AsAT and troponin I. The increases is due to myocyte injury under the action of exogenous adrenaline introduction of adrenaline and hypoxia.
The fabourableinfluense of adaptive processes at highaltilude on catecholamine necrosis is revealed. The decrease of the number of marker enzymes in acclimatized with catecholamine myocardial show that preliminary acclimatization increases resistance of myocardium not only tohypoxia but to exogenous adrenaline effect.
