Abstract

In this article offering the doctrine of medical postgraduate education for clinical interns, the ways of realization of the doctrine, a theoretical and practical part of training in surgery. The primary goal of the doctrine is preparation of the qualified young experts for independent work in public health services or by way of private practice.
