CHANGING REGULATORY MECHANISMS OF ERYTHROPOESIS IN PATIENTS WITH APLASTIC ANEMIA UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HYPOXIA
Abstract
This work is devoted to the study of the regulation of erythropoiesis in patients with aplactic anemia during his stay in the highland hospital, at an altitude of 3200 meters above sea level. The presented data suggest that hypoxic hypoxia positive effect on a number of hematological parameters, normalizing erythropoiesis (increase in hemoglobin, EPO and HIF-1a).
