THE CORRELATION OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME PHASES INTENSITY AND LENGTH OF SERVICE AMONG PSYCHIATRISTS IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
Abstract
The article contains research results, confirming availability of professional deformation as a syndrome of emotional burnout among psychiatrists of the Kyrgyz Republic. It also shows dependence of intensity of emotional burnout syndrome from the service.
