ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ МЕРЦАТЕЛЬНОЙ АРИТМИИ И ПОЧЕЧНОЙ ДИСФУНКЦИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ
Abstract
221 patients with different functional classes of CH F were investigated for estimation of linkage between renal function reduction of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) with conserved sinus rhythm (SR) and different atrial fibrillation forms. This study has investigated that the patients with constant form of atrial fibrillation have significant larger left auricular dimensions and left ventricular myocardial mass then the patients with conserved SR, which was accompanied by severe renal functional reduction.
