THE AFFECT OF HUMORAL FACTOR OF GALLBLADDER WALL ON «OXYGEN GRADIENT» DURING THE EXPERIMENT
Abstract
The experiment contains the results of oxygen budget indices (on 15th day of the experiment) based on the intramuscular introduction of peptide (lmg/lkg) on rabbits. Peptide was obtained through the method of acetous extraction from inflamed gallbladder wall. As a result, the abovementioned peptide fraction on experimental rabbits forms hypoxemia, hypercapnia and the accumulation of basic junctions in blood.
