PUBLICATION ACTIVITY OF MEDICAL SCIENTISTS OF KYRGYZSTAN ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL SCOPUS DATABASE
Abstract
The article presents analysis of the publication activity o f m edical scientists of Kyrgyzstan for the period of 1995-2011, based on the data of the largest reference database in the world SciVerseScopus (hUp://www.scopwt.com/). These findings are compared to the scientific effectiveness of the Kyrgyz scientists working abroad. The article provides suggestions and recommendations for increasing publications and citation index of the Kyrgyzstan medical scientists.
