MOLECULAR –GENETICAL INVESTIGATION OF PATIENT WITH SEVERE ACUTE RESPIROTORY INFECTION AND INFLUENZA LIKE INFECTION IN KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
Abstract
We conducted a molecular-genetical testing children under 4 years of old, and adults with a diagnosis of SARI and ILI for respiratory viruses and intestinal pathogens by using multiplex chain reaction (PCR) in Real time. Analysis of the results showed that the most vulnerable age group og acute respiratory infectios were children under 1 years of old and adults 30-64 years. In the etiological structure of SARI prevailed parain(uenza viruses, rhinoviruses and metapneumoviruses.
