USING METHOD OF ЕNZYME IMMUNOASSAY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS FROM THE OSH REGION
Abstract
This work investigated the prevalence of cytomegalovirus infection in the Osh Region. There were positive findings among patients studied (6067), 4091 patients were IgG positive (67.4%), and 1976 were IgG negative (32.6%). Chronic cytomegalovirus infection was found in children (27.2%) and in adult patients (72.8%). Specific G class immunoglobulins were the most frequent marker that was detected in patients tested for cytomegalovirus infection.
