A PHANTOM OF A HUMAN’S HEAD WITH PLASTER CAST OF THE HEARD WITH ARTIFICIAL TEETH FOR ACQUIRING PRACTICAL SKILLS IN ORTHOPEDIC AND THERAPEUTIC STOMATOLOGY

Abstract

For the students of stomatological faculty it is necessary to tell, to show how to put instruments (mouth mirror, dental probe, hand piece) for working with patients. It is difficult for students to overcome the fear of working with patients without practical skills on a phantom of a human’s head, even if they were show how to work. One careless movement of student’s hand and he can inflict a trauma on lips, check, tongue of patient. That is why the student can firstly prepare carious cavity for filling or make dental inlay on our phantom of a human’s head.
