CAUSALGIAS IN RAYNAUD’S SYNDROME AS A MANIFESTATION OF IDIOPATHIC CHRONIC MYELOID LEUKEMIA IN OLD PATIENT
Abstract
We present an analysis of a rare clinical case of Raynaud’s syndrome, occurs with a change in his left hand fingers color, causalgias, sensory and trophic disturbances. Pain was arrested while taking gabapentin, color sheets to normal, but patient experienced high leukocytosis in a series blood tests. In the bone marrow megakaryocyte growth of the germ found on the basis of which myeloid leukemia was confirmed. Pain (causalgia) and acroparesthesia are also manifestations of leukemia.
