LIPID PROFILE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ATHEROSCLEROTIC CORONARY LESIONS IN CHD PATIENTS WITHOUT AND IN COMBINATION WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstract

In order to study lipid metabolism and features of atherosclerotic coronary lesions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) without and in combination with essential hypertension (EH) were retrospectively analyzed the medical histories of 87 patients with CHD, coronary angiography held during hospitalization in the department of acute myocardial infarction NCCT in 2010-2012. Patients according to the presence or absence of high blood pressure were divided into 2 groups: 1st group included 40 patients with a combination of CHD and EH, 2nd group comprised 27 patients with isolated CHD. The control group were 20 people, who were not identified at coronary significant coronary lesions. The study we have shown that combined for CHD with EH accompanied by significant lipid disorders, and in these patients is more frequent multivessel coronary artery disease.
