BISOPROLOLI INFLUENCE ON A DISPERSION OF P-WAFE OF PATIENTS WITH SISTEMIC HYPERTENSION
Abstract
The objective o f the research is the analysis of bisoprololi influence on a dispersion ECG of P-wave of patients with systemic hypertension (SH). 18 patients with for the first time detected SH were examined at CFM №7 in Bishkek. There was an obvious reduction of P-waves dispersion during the 4 weeks of treatment with bisoprololi dosed 10 mg per day. Bisoprolol intake lowered as systolic AP (SAP) so diastolic AP (DAP) measured by Korotkovs method. Results of ECG showed significant deceleration of heart beat tempo.
