DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF GASTRIC ULCER AND DUODENAL ULCERS IN CHILDREN DUE TO INTERNATIONAL CONSENSUS MAASTRICHT IV RECOMMENDATIONS.
Abstract
Increased incidence of gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU) in the world is a concern not only for physicians, but also for pediatricians. Analysis of recommendations Maastricht 4 and their introduction to clinical practice is a strategic task of modern medicine. Recommendations have been developed for specific assistance to practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated to H. Pylori. This article summarizes the main issues Maastricht-4 agreement and allocated points regarding diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer disease in children, which can be applied in Kyrgyzstan.
