INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

General Regulations. The journal is reviewed publication. The journal publishes original research, review and general theoretical articles on topical problems of medicine and biology. Due to the fact that articles and information in articles published in the scientific and practical journal «Euroasian Health Journal», will be placed in leading Russian bibliographic and abstract publications, in electronic information systems, including the distribution of works by placing their electronic copies in the Scientific Electronic Library (NLB) database, presented as a scientific information resource on the Internet www.elibrary.ru: The authors of the articles provide the editorial board of the journal with the rights to use electronic versions of works free of charge and must follow the international rules for the construction of publications and abstracts to them.

WHEN SUBMITTING AN ARTICLE TO THE JOURNAL, THE EDITORIAL BOARD ASKS THE AUTHORS TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES:

1. Direction of the manuscript. The editorial board accepts manuscripts in printed form (1 copy) on one side of an A4 sheet accompanied by electronic media. The manuscript must have a visa of the head of the department for the right to publish (on the first page, in the upper left corner) and a direction from the institution(s) (with a seal) from which the article originates, indicating the title of the article and the author(s), stamped (for articles sent by e–mail - in the form of a scan (PDF)). In the direction, you can specify whether the article is a dissertation.

2. Information about the author and coauthors. The manuscript must be signed by all authors at the end of the text (author's full name - signature), for articles sent by e–mail - in the form of a scan (PDF). The submitted article is accompanied by information about the authors: it is necessary to specify in full the surname, first name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title, position, work address with zip code, office phone number, e-mail address of each author.

3. Design of the article. The article is printed on a computer at 1.5 intervals, in Times New Roman font, size 14 on an A4 sheet, with bold headings and subheadings. Margins: upper and lower - 2.0 cm, left - 3.0 cm, right -1.0 cm. The printout of the article submitted to the editorial office, including illustrative material, must be completely identical to the electronic version. All pages must be numbered.

4. Size of the article: no more than 15 pages – for the original, 20 – for the literature review, and 8 – for clinical observation.

5. Structure of the article. At the beginning of the article’s first page please write the following: 1) the title of the article in the center in capital letters in bold, without a dot at the end (no more than 12 words), 2) initials and surnames of the authors (number of authors — no more than 5), in the standard bold, 3) the legal name of the institution(s) from which the work came out; academic title (academic degree), initials and surname of his (their) head; full name of the department or department (indicate academic title, initials and surname of the head in parentheses), in standard font; city, the country where the institution(s) is located. If the work is submitted from several institutions, then they are numbered superscript before the name. The authors of the article should be numbered superscript after the surname in accordance with the numbering of these institutions. The UDC is placed above the title of the article (with alignment in the right field). The structure of the original article (IMRAD): "Introduction", "Purpose", "Material and methods", "Results", "Discussion", "Conclusions" (conclusion), "References" (works cited in the article). A summary with keywords is attached separately.

6. Resume of the article. The article should be accompanied (not related to the main text) by a summary in Russian, Kyrgyz and English (in a separate text of 150 – 250 words) with a brief indication of the purpose of the study, the materials and methods used, the main results and conclusions obtained (without highlighting the headings), a list of keywords (at least 7). Above the text of the summary, the title of the article, the initials and surnames of the authors, and the institution from which the article was sent according to paragraph 6 (on the design of the first page) are indicated).

7. Illustrative material. The article is accompanied by illustrative material in the form of photographs, drawings, radiographs, graphs, and tables. Drawings (graphs, diagrams) submitted in electronic form must be in files with the extension TIFF, BMP, JPEG, and PPT. At the same time, any program that supports these formats can be used. The number of illustrations (photographs, drawings, drawings, diagrams) is no more than 6. Radiographs should be sent with a diagram. The captions explain the meaning of all curves, letters, numbers, and other symbols. The captions to the microphotographs indicate the magnification (eyepiece, lens) and the method of coloring or impregnation of the material. Tables should be visual, have headings, and be numbered. Diagrams made in the MS Excel application must be presented in the format .xls and in the form of a drawing, which will allow their prepress preparation. Diagrams are printed using monochrome printing, so it is preferable to use a patterned filling of objects and different character of lines in their design.

8. In the text, acronyms and abbreviations should be deciphered at the first mention. It is not allowed to use abbreviations in the title of the work, as well as the use of generally accepted abbreviations. The numbers of bibliographic references are given in the text in square brackets in accordance with the list of references. The units of measurement are given in the SI system. When processing statistical data, it is necessary to indicate the methods used and give the name of the indicators. Repetition of the same data in the text, tables, and figures is not allowed.

9. Registration of the list of references. The article is accompanied by a list of references (no more than 25 sources in the original article, 60 sources in the literature review) in the order of citation by the author (not alphabetically!), printed on a separate sheet at 1.5 intervals. The article and the bibliographic list should use works from the last 5-6 years. The design of the list of references in the Vancouver style.

10. Please note! The article should be thoroughly checked by the author. All names, chemical formulas, dosages, numerical data in tables and figures, and dimensions of laboratory and clinical indicators should be verified. The author must attach copies of the patent, copyright certificate, certificate of innovation proposal, if these documents are mentioned in the text of the article. It is not allowed to send articles previously published or sent to other journals or collections. Articles that are not designed in accordance with these rules are not considered by the editorial board and are not returned. Reviewers carry out their activities in accordance with the provisions of the Institute of Reviewing of the journal "Euroasian Health Journal" and have the right to confidentiality. If the article was processed by the author in the process of preparing it for publication, the date of receipt is the day of receipt of the final text. The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editorial board of the journal.

11. Anniversary articles. Articles dedicated to the anniversary events should be sent to the editorial office no later than 6 months before their date with an attachment on a separate photo sheet in electronic form.

12. Design of the document. The name of the file is constructed according to the scheme: The surname of the first author_the short name of the department or institution from which the publication originates. Example: Mamatov_khir, Usenbaeva_NTKiT, Tseckaridze_voen.gosp._Kaz

13. The rules for the design of articles can be improved in accordance with the requirements of the NAC KR - follow the changes on the website: kgma.kg, as well as in the last published issue of the journal.
