ПРЕДИКТОРЫ СИНДРОМА КОМПРЕССИИ СЕРДЦА У БОЛЬНЫХ С ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ПЕРИКАРДА
Аннотация
Резюме. Независимыми предикторами развития синдрома компрессии в исследованной когорте больных, явились признаки большого выпота, наличие коллапса камер сердца и высокий NyHA класс. Данная модель включающая 3 параметра позволила правильно прогнозировать синдром компресcии в 91,4% случаев.
