СОВРЕМЕННАЯ КОНЦЕПЦИЯ МАСТОЦИТОЗА
Аннотация
В статье представлены современные данные по кожным и системным формам мастоцитоза. Мастоцитоз является редким заболеванием. Наиболее частыми вариантами являются кожный и индолентный системный мастоцитоз, реже всего – тучный лейкоз. Клиническая картина мастоцитоза разнородна – от поражений кожи, которые могут спонтанно переходить до агрессивных форм заболевания, ассоциированных с органной недостаточностью и короткой продолжительностью жизни. По классификации ВОЗ (2016 г.) выделено 7 подтипов мастоцитоза. Диагностируется на основании клинических проявлений и выявления инфильтратов опухолевых тучных клеток с использованием морфологического, иммуногистохимического, иммунофенотипического, генетического и молекулярного методов. Лечение мастоцитоза, требует глубокого понимания их молекулярного и клеточного патогенеза и точной диагностической оценки.
