ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ РИТУКСИМАБА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЮВЕНИЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМНОЙ КРАСНОЙ ВОЛЧАНКОЙ
Аннотация
Аннотация. В статье представлены результаты ретроспективного изучения эффективности и безопасности ритуксимаба у 48 детей с СКВ. Ритуксимаб назначали пациентам с высокоактивным течением заболевания с поражением почек и ЦНС, а также при резистентном или рецидивирующем течении, наличии признаков кортикостероидной токсичности. Доза вводимого препарата составляла 375мг/м2 еженедельно, не более 500 мг на одну инфузию (2-4 инфузии) с повторными курсами каждые 6-12 месяцев в зависимости от степени активности заболевания, выраженности В-клеточной деплеции, уровня гипоиммуноглобулинемии IgG. Показано более эффективное и безопасное лечение ритуксимабом детей с системной красной волчанкой.
