АНАТОМО-ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ МЕНИСКОВ КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА
Аннотация
Авторами проведён обзор литературных источников ближнего и дальнего зарубежья,
касающейся структуры, кровоснабжения и функции менисков коленного сустава. Приведены
современные сведения по структуре, кровоснабжению, функции менисков. Глубокое
понимание структуры, функции и особенности кровоснабжения мениска имеют решающее
значение при выборе тактики лечения больных с патологией коленного сустава. Главной
задачей операции на мениске должно быть сохранение как можно большего количества
здоровых менисков. Тотальные менискэктомия приводит к значительному увеличению риска
развития гонартроза, поэтому следует удалять только минимально возможное количество
мениска. Сложная структура коленного сустава, особенности кровоснабжения менисков
указывают на необходимость проведения углубленного исследования в этой области.
Дальнейшие совершенствования методов оперативного лечения повреждений менисков
коленного сустава с учетом структуры, особенности кровоснабжения и функции мениска
являются актуальной проблемой хирургии суставов.
