EVALUATION OF SYSTOLIC FUNCTION OF THE HEART IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE

Abstract

To assess the relationship between the decline in left ventricular systolic function in clinical and end-stage renal failure were examined 84 patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Found that patients with stage V CKD left ventricular sizes were significantly less than in patients with stage III-IV CKD, which was also accompanied by more expressed systolic dysfunction.
